Active Enfield have partnered up with Fusion, the operator of the leisure centres in the borough to provide classes for people aged 50+years.

Seated exercise workout suitable for all abilities. The class will improve your cardio fitness and range of movement and use all your muscle groups. Gentle and easy to follow and will help you feel better and reduce aches and pains.

Please ensure you fill in the additional information for all participants attending before checkout

Class will be located on the Right hand side of the Main Sports hall.
