Synopsis: Love and Information is a ground-breaking play that explores the complexities of human relationships and the overwhelming nature of modern life. Through a series of over 50 short, fragmented scenes, Caryl Churchill presents a kaleidoscope of characters—none recurring—grappling with themes of love, memory, knowledge, and the constant flow of information.
From intimate moments between lovers to abstract conversations about data and technology, the play examines how we connect, communicate, and process the world around us. With no prescribed order or fixed setting, the scenes allow directors and actors immense creative freedom, mirroring the chaotic, non-linear way information shapes our lives.
Profound yet playful, Love and Information is a theatrical collage that challenges audiences to reflect on what it means to feel, know, and belong in a digital age.
