Cookies
To book tickets online, we use Cookies to keep track of your shopping basket while you move around our site. These Cookies don’t collect personal information and aren’t used for advertising.
Because of recent changes to the way your browser handles Cookies, you may not be able to complete your booking on this page; read below for assistance.
Using an Apple Device?
Sometimes Apple device users can encounter issues when they use the Safari browser.
If you are using an
iPhone or iPad, you can try these steps:
- Refresh this page and try again
- If that doesn’t work, try opening a Private Browsing Window in Safari and restart your booking there. Cookies should work whilst you complete your booking but will be automatically deleted when you close that window. For more information about Private Browsing, click here.
- Failing that, you can try going to Settings > Safari and ensure that:
- The setting named ‘Prevent Cross Site Tracking’ is toggled to the left (off)
- The setting named ‘Block All Cookies’ is toggled to the left (off)
- Once you have finished, you can change these settings back to how they were before
If you still struggle to complete your booking, please contact the box office for assistance.
If you are using the latest version of the
Safari browser on a Mac it is not possible to complete your booking at present. We recommend trying a different browser such as
Google Chrome, which you can download free of charge
here
If you’re using an older version of Safari it may help to open a
Private Browsing Window or adjust your settings, following the steps outlined for mobile devices above. However, if you’re running macOS Catalina, or you’ve upgraded your software since January 2020, you’ll almost certainly need to make the booking using a different browser.
If you still struggle to complete your booking, please contact the box office for assistance.
