We are thrilled to welcome Monika Linton, founder of Brindisa, to celebrate the publication of
Brindisa, The True Food of Spain.
Monika, along with Brindisa’s Executive Chef Josep Carbonell, will be demonstrating recipes from the book.
There will be tastings of Spanish food, and a glass of delicious sherry is included in the ticket price.
Brindisa, The True Food of Spain will be available at the special price of £20 and Monika will sign books after the event.
